I have no idea of why they work differently, or if it’s just me getting treated differently but they have been a headache w every issue I have brought to them! Which had not even been on my behalf. The manager Amy is just ridiculous w her attitude which I will admit I gave the same attitude back. Sometimes I feel they forget that they are there to work and serve us as clients. Not one is doing favors here. The only reason why I was going to this branch is bc we recently moved but I rather take the ride to my old branch...smh.
