Would like to give zero stars. I have had a PNC account for years and the service has been worse over time. The tellers are professional and nice but they need additional training. The managers don't step up to assist when there is a line of people waiting. Incorrect information received that was later verified by another branch. Run don't walk away from this bank.

Typical PNC whatever the opposite of customer service is is what they specialize in. All I want to do is add a beneficiary to my account and they can't seem to execute it. No wonder we call them probably not closing

Literally threw my 81 year old mother out on the street because she couldn't move fast enough for them out of her chair when with a teller. She was taken to Presby for heat exhaustion and dehydration on the steps of this bank afterwards. Total trash management. Not the old PNC Squirell Hill at ALL.
I am looking for a new bank or credit union, and so is she. Horrible soulless bank. 🙄

Customer service in this branch is going down hill. Be aware that wait times to work with a banker is over 2 hours. Knowing that there are over 5+ customers waiting to be seen by the two bankers on-site, one of them takes time to onboard a new employee. Since when training takes precedence over taking care of a customer waiting at the branch? In addition, you are next in the queue to be seen but they take two customers that you know came in after you as you were there when they checked-in (they did NOT have appointments). They will not allow you to use the restroom because “it’s not open to public” although your wait times are lengthy. You will need to walk around hoping any of the establishments nearby are open and allow you to use their restroom.

The great experience I had on Saturday was overshadowed by the service today. I had an appointment at 10 am to set online banking and get an account letter. Not only we had to wait about half an hour to talk with somebody, we also could not do anything of what we had planned. Why ask a customer to come in person to do a transaction at a time when you are expecting the bank to not be ready ("account has not been fully process by the system and would take another business day"). Specially, in the middle of the morning when we all need to be at work... and a client would only accept to come in the light of pressing circumstances... It's not only the time at the bank, it's the commute to/from the bank. Specially frustrating to learn that we never needed to come in person, to begin with. All of the transactions can (and now will) be done over email... I appreciate a bank that has its story straight and doesn't make me waste my time in the middle of a cold December morning...
Original review:
First time in this branch. I went to open a joint account and had Brittany C. help us. She was very personable, accomodating, and diligent. Excellent first impression of the bank. Thanks again, Brittany.
