  This PNC Bank never answer the phone, I am trying to make an appointment and called 10 times within two days and they let it ring off the hook, very upsetting.

  PNC in general is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They are terrible inside the branch and 1000x worse if you have to call. And they indiscriminately hang up on you so you have to sit through the stupid hold menu all over again.

  Opened an acct in 20 minutes! Whereby Chase told me to go home and make an appointment. Thanks Chase, I went to PNC!
