  Unprofessional.. disorganized With a customer service that rates among the worst I’ve ever had to deal with…. And this is concerning your money….I intend to cancel every account I have with PNC It’s just one issue after another… And the issues are not on my end..

  For about a year and a half now, I’ve been going to this PNC Bank branch. It’s a close branch for me to go to because it’s close to my home. While, sometimes the lines can be long The tellers that greet me and assist me while I do my transactions are all awesome. I appreciate their service, And thank them for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism.

  Brody and Irene did a wonderful job. Both were very nice and kind. Brody helped me with a problem that I had, and gave me a wonderful service. I am happy with my experience.

  Absolutely the worst bank and customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with it. I run a small business and have used this bank for over 4 years and use there merchant services and which they have collected ALOT of money over the years from me from there bs fees. I have had so many issues over the years but have always dealt with it for the convenience, there merchant services is an absolute rip off and if you google it there is an ongoing lawsuit against pnc merchant services for fraud and charging unexpected fees. Regardless of there merchant services, anytime I have an issue I am put through the ringer and never get anywhere with there people, very lazy and do not care to help you out. For example I literally called 5 times today being Jan.11, 2021 to set up an appointment, waited over 30 minutes every time... someone eventually answered and I quote” I can not stand this and hung up the phone” after waiting 30 minutes for someone to answer and in the end never got a hold of anyone I don’t think they realized I heard them but truthfully they wouldn’t care anyways. I’m not someone to go out of my way for to leave a review for a bad experience but this bank specifically is the absolute worst and you should take your business somewhere else.

  This PNC is ALWAYS out of larger denomination bills ($50, $100) nearly EVERY time I visit this location. EXTREMELY frustrating!!! No reason for this to be the case except for poor management. No other location I visit has this problem.
