While, sometimes the lines can be long The tellers that greet me and assist me while I do my transactions are all awesome. I appreciate their service, And thank them for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism.

- LBLori BellOct 15, 20224.0This PNC Bank on Rodi Road was extremely busy this Saturday's but I'm guessing each Saturday with folks taking care of banking needs they can't tend to during the work week. The line was long and slow moving inside only because of someone's specific banking needs. All staff was friendly, patient, helpful and apologetic for the wait.

Everyday I have to stand in a line with 4 or 5 people for over 20 minutes and sometimes more! which causes me to be late opening my store.. definitely need two people working the counter in the mornings. Sadly I can't do anything but write this review and hope they bring another person on....
