I had called multiple times and was not able to get anyone who could tell me what was going on then they even froze my account what a mess! Luckily at this location they have an amazing banker Kimberly she was so kind and empathetic and she got to the bottom of the issue and went to the source and got it all straightened out.

What else would one expect to do at a bank...especially when I was referred there by a neighboring business. Nowhere in that bank did I see any signs stating services are restricted for account holders only. This was not peak hours either. It was 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday! Stay away from Westwood PNC...I suggest you, not only post signs, but send flyers to your neighbors and tell them not to send people there for change. You got one star because I could not post with ZERO.
