It's supposed to be a convenience but instead its an annoyance. However, the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 like I intended is because Isaac the teller was so awesome. Very respectful and patient when I vented and just a really sweet, nice guy. So kudos to him.

But when I went to another PNC site after this, they told me I can and they did not know why that banker lied to me. Horrible experience!! Waste so much of my time!!
- SVSaji VargheseJan 15, 20201.0Customer service is very poor. Have to be in line for a long time to do transactions. The drive through bank counter is the worst in the world. Branch does not have enough staff to help the customers. One of the staffs dealt with me very rudely as I shared the inconvenience of the drive through banking due to the time consumption in the line. Please do not go to this branch if you have any other option.
