I was so upset and worried and she made the whole process as easy as possible.

I understand that. But two woman saw me there and didn't even acknowledge my presence. Looked at me and turned. No sorry we're closed, no can we set up an appointment. No one coming over to see if I was ok. Maybe I was robbed or my car broke down. Nothing totally ignored. After a few minutes of being ignored I knocked on glass they sent the male employee over I asked him a question he answered me. It took fifteen seconds and he answered my question. Will never go back and may switch Banks.

I was very disappointed in the service I received attempting to use the machines. The ATMs would not withdrawal money. A driver beside me was trying to report the situation over the talk button … I tried to use my talk button to no avail. I ended up having to use another ATM and was charged an extra fee. Unacceptable PNC !!!
