  I have used this insurance spot before and I remember the guy very well . He is rude and condescending. I believe he is the owner . I just called for a quote and he hung on me because I told him he was talking over me and we were off to a bad start. How he has remained in business so long is confusing to me with such poor customer service !!!!! I already know my zip code is bad for insurance rates however I am already well versed because I have done my research . Please don’t waste your time using them if you want professional services and a great customer service experience. If you want cheap rates and sass feel free to call them !

  Horrible experience, customer service is extremely poor. The agent was the one who hung up the phone on me twice! Instead trying to resolve the issue, he instantly decided that he did not want our business! He stated for us to charge insurance company!

  Incident Time and Date: 2/8/13 at 1:20pm After calling this agency with only 2 questions concerning vehicle registration, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. His words were, "Why are you asking me so many questions?", "Just come in and ask them!", which was then followed by him disconnecting the phone call. I am writing this to inform the public about the ignorance and impatience that I had to go through for a simple 3 minute call. In conclusion, if that's the type of professionalism you are looking for within an agency, contact them! (SARCASM)
