The best bank in town. Very attentive to your needs no matter how big or small your bank account is.

This Saturday I stopped by this branch about 45 minutes before closing with my elderly mother so I could be added to her account. We were told we needed an appointment and that the banker wouldn’t be able to help because she was with other customers and needed to close a loan before the bank closed at 1 PM. Not being local and being in town briefly , it made the situation more frustrating.
While the banker was apologetic, the situation was still disappointing. As a customer, it’s not my responsibility to manage or accommodate a bank’s staffing limitations. If there is only one banker available, that shouldn’t translate into customers being turned away for basic account services—especially when nothing online indicates that an appointment is required for something like being added to an account.
What also stood out was the lack of problem-solving. A simple step like having a teller check if they could assist or suggesting another branch that was open later would have demonstrated customer service. Instead, the only options initially offered were to return another day or try a branch down the street that also closed at 1 PM.
After leaving, I searched online myself and found another branch about 15 minutes away that was open until 4 PM. They were able to help us, and once we were seen the process was quick and straightforward.
This review isn’t meant to criticize an individual employee, but it does highlight a service gap. Customers shouldn’t have to navigate staffing issues or search for solutions on their own. Better communication, cross-training, or simply providing accurate branch options would go a long way in improving the experience.

I keep forgetting how trashy this location always is. by trashy I mean they lack the most basic of customer service skills, that extends to the most basic of deescalation tactics. These people are the kinds that talk over the customer before they finished, they are condescending, and truly suck at basic customer service/escalation. these people are the bottom of the barrel of the banking world. This is NOT the location bankers work at because they have exceptional customer service skills/ de-escalation skills/ good banking abilities. No. These are the people that cant hold a job without having complaints made about them, from coworkers to customers. Not only did this branch fail at reasonable basic customer service (if you cant handle frustrated people you shouldnt be in banking) but they couldnt even do the task efficiently to the point it was a joke to the other branch I went to that not only handled the issue in minutes but was able to talk to me so I felt my frustration was seen and heard. MY ADVICE ; GO ELSE WHERE.
