When I asked another question, she actually told me to go to a different financial institution. Throughout the appointment, I felt like my presence was an inconvenience to her. She barely communicated, just typed while I sat there awkwardly wondering what was happening. Overall, it was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expected much better from PNC.
