He was friendly, professional, down-to-earth, and did what was necessary to finalize the loan. I was greeted by the tellers upon arrival in a friendly and welcoming manner. I've been baking with PNC for 18 years. I'm proud to be a customer.

He did and amazing job with answering my questions throughout our session. I feel comfortable with him helping me in the future. It is advised to make an appointment before visiting the branch for customer service needs. They do have a mobile check-in system.
