I’ve typically had good experiences here as I’ve come for years to this branch, but my experience with “Dominic” yesterday was bad enough I’d rather travel farther a different branch or, despite being a PNC customer for 28 years, move all my accounts to another bank. He was unhelpful to the point of intentional rudeness. There was only one overwhelmed teller with 10+ people in line and his refusal to do even the most basic thing like providing deposit slips exacerbated the problem.

Customer service sucks. Typically only 1 teller working at a time which makes no sense with the amount of foot traffic.

Accessing the ATMs after hours seems to be hit or miss. The doors lock when the bank is closed but there's a card reader to the side of the door to unlock them. While I don't have a PNC account/debit card, the first time I tried I was able to use my debit card from a different bank to get in to the ATM. This was on a Saturday in the afternoon, after they closed. Next time I tried to get in (early in the morning on a weekday, before they opened), my card wouldn't unlock the door. So... yeah. Unfortunately with all the Rite-Aids now closed, this is the only ATM that isn't super shady (looking at you, ATM outside of John's Water Ice) AND also near by. It would be great if I knew for certain that I could access the PNC ATMs at any time, but with 1 success and 1 failure, I have no idea what to think. I've seen other reviews saying the ATMs weren't accessible after the bank closed but thought maybe they fixed that since those reviews were years old. But it looks like you still can't access them or maybe you can only access them after hours on certain days or times? I may try again at some point but most likely I'll just wait until the bank opens to use the ATM.

All the employees here block public parking spaces with PNC belt barriers. Terrible attitude from everyone employed here.
