- ERElizabeth RotunnoMay 11, 20221.0The Branch itself may be fine. BUT, I have not lived in Philadelphia or used this branch in 11 years. Over those 11 years, I keep getting calls, and emails from their branch about stuff I am not interested in - especially not from a branch that's an hour away from where I live. My local Branch doesn't bother me with this stuff for the most part, only THIS Branch. I have told them many times now to take me off their list for good and they never do.
- GIGee IannoneNov 14, 20205.0Great bank, never crowded, you can go in (I believe they only allow five people in at a time, it is extremely clean they are always sanitizing when I'm in there and I'm in there every day of the week they have the plastic separators and sanitizers for customers. It's very safe.

I can't yet open a regular account but he's working with me to get there. I now have direct deposit from my job and am offered a personal account to help work out my personal debts I thank God for people like this.

I don't particularly enjoy going into branch locations, but this specific location employs a man by the name of Connor (I believe). Nicest guy. Seriously, next level customer service. Spoke to him twice in the past week as I was making deposit/withdrawals and was taken back by how pleasant he was. But, that's. It what compelled me to write a review. I made a deposit today and accidentally left my keys behind. I returned to the location about 20 minutes past closing. 2 other employees looked me in the eye as I was knocking and ignored me (no biggie, the bank is closed. I get it). But, after trying my luck at another door, out pops Connor. I tell him what's going on, and sure enough, he comes back out a minute later with my car keys. To many it may seem like a small gesture, and one that is my own fault; but, that small gesture saves me from a ruined evening. And, for that, a simple "thank you" isn't enough.
