I did not make an appointment but just walking in the manager had a very bad attitude, instead of directing and advising me on how I could open an account she kept making excuses how I have to call in advance, I have to inform a teller…? Like okay we are past that, what can I do to open an account. Very unprofessional staff and am probably not opening a account at PNC! These people need serious training and need to understand how important it is to value the customers that walk in especially if they are opening a bank account!
