  This is such a friendly and efficient branch! The gentleman in the first office opened the door for me and asked how to help me...the teller Delila was so friendly and also efficient! I had some complicated banking and needed to sit for a while and the gentleman asked if I would like a water or anything.. I don't go into the bank often but in this day and age this service was outstanding and so civilized. If all businesses treated people this way the world would be a much better place!

  What a nice bank. Stopped in, in the afternoon. Greeted in the lobby, sat me down asked me for id, pleasant service got right to the problem. Easy in and out. I would like to leave a survey but never received one.

  I use bank weekly. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. They always are considerate particularly since I am incapacitated and use a walker. Thanks

  Juan was helpful, quick and cordial. Everyone seemed like they were in a good mood so maybe I caught them on a good day. Either way best PNC encounter I’ve had in Philly

  Was concerned about fraud on my debit card and Mike the branch manager could not have been more helpful!
