- JJJSF6 days ago2.0The individual bank tellers are fine. The branch manager that was working on the particular day was beyond unprofessional and invasive. Reading out load multiple individual’s personal financial information; even going as far as to note out in the open, which I personally witnessed, people’s balances making the tellers standing beside her clearly uncomfortable in addition to other near by customers. Typical power trip-however still something beyond unethical and clearly something she felt ridiculously entitled to do because her name tag simply read “manager”. We have worked with PNC for years upon years; PNC has a great reputation, and rightfully so-however the branch manager at this particular branch location is detrimental to PNC’s good reputation within the financial community.

She was so kind, patient and informative! I was interested in a personal loan and she step by step walked me through and calculated with me to find our best approach prior to submitting the application. I know that sounds standard, but I never felt pushed, rushed or misinformed during the process, everything was clear and simple. I really appreciate her and the team during my experience. I regret ever visiting this branch and am deeply questioning whether PNC is the best place for my money after 15+ years.
- HHHayleyAug 15, 20251.0I called to make an appointment with the notary service and was told that I'd be able to get my will notarized. I came in at my appointment time, had to wait for nearly an hour to be seen, and then was told that PNC doesn't notarize wills. A complete waste of time.
