I had the pleasure of working with Audrey. I called ahead of time to make an appointment to speak with a banker and she was able to fit me in a quick timeframe. She was so kind, patient and informative! I was interested in a personal loan and she step by step walked me through and calculated with me to find our best approach prior to submitting the application. I know that sounds standard, but I never felt pushed, rushed or misinformed during the process, everything was clear and simple. I really appreciate her and the team during my experience. Thank you so much again Audrey!

This branch would better serve its customers by permanently closing. Basic transactions take forever and they treat your business like it’s an inconvenience. I regret ever visiting this branch and am deeply questioning whether PNC is the best place for my money after 15+ years.

I called to make an appointment with the notary service and was told that I'd be able to get my will notarized. I came in at my appointment time, had to wait for nearly an hour to be seen, and then was told that PNC doesn't notarize wills. A complete waste of time.

This branch is never properly staffed. At 4:30 on a week day there’s no reason there should be only one teller when there’s 6 people in line and multiple more waiting for the ATM outside

Very friendly and helpful tellers. I’ve had currency converted here several times with a quick turnaround.
