It’s fine for basic transactions and everyday banking, but it is not equipped to serve small businesses or higher-net-worth clients ($100K+). For anything even mildly complex—large cash withdrawals, business accounts, lending needs—you’re better off going to a larger, more capable location.

I've lived near this PNC for 13yrs, and every birthday and Christmas a family member that has an account with PNC sends me a small check. I have a state ID but it wasn't enough identification for the teller, she actually told me to go to a check cashing place. I went to a check cashing place they accepted my state ID and called the family member to verify and I was able to cash the check. It was a PNC check I don't understand why PNC couldn't do what the check cashing place did. I will not be going in there ever again.
