  This bank is efficient in its work; the staff (e.g., teller & security) are professionals, where I was greeted & quickly received. There was no wait time in the afternoon. I was able to get my documents quickly & orderly. The bank needs to clean its surrounding area; I saw piles of collected leaves, trash, and broken bottles; see photo.

  Had PNC years ago came in to open an account and have been waiting for almost 30 minutes with ZERO names being called and 3 people in front of me and the bank is EMPTY!!...going to give it 10 min more then I'm going to start an account with Bank of America UPDATE it is almost an hour later and I STILL waiting this is a JOKE they have 1 person in the back working in customer service!!..the only reason I came here was the close proximity to my home which is around the corner but this is RIDICULOUS for a financial institution..I NEVER waited this long at TD bank...I happened to look back this bank is FILTHY!!...Dusty window sills and trash where is the cleaning people for dust to accumulate in a common area! Update...I was finally called at the PNC on tabor rd and asked how soon would I receive a debit card and if I could tap my phone using a virtual card with the atm(which is one of the reasons I chose pnc) and the customer service rep told me that wasn't a possibility even though the atm has a section to tap your phone ..he told me that would have to ORDER the debit card and it would take a few DAYS...my next response was is there a branch that prints the atm cards on location and he told me they did it at the PNC on 5900 broad st. I arrived at the PNC on 5900 broad st and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and told someone would be right with me... instantly the opposite of the over an hour wait time * just experienced at the tabor rd PNC...I was helped by Lisa and she was AMAZING!!!..... explained the different accounts CLEARLY and in INCREDIBLE detail...she was also very empathetic about my prior experience and actually completed my sign up with the ultimate efficiency while explaining the steps as she went along....she then walked me to the teller and ran me through the process of depositing my money at the teller(something I already knew how to do but she explained it so clearly I was like a pupil in a classroom. Lisa also let me know that I could make an appointment through the mobile banking app if I ever needed to use customer service again....the staff at the PNC at 5900 broad st are ALL STARS and they helped reinforce my decision to give PNC another try. Even though the tabor rd branch is around the corner from my home I will be ONLY using the PNC on 5900 broad st. Thank you Lisa and staff you guys are AMAZING!! 1/31/26 UPDATE!! I absolutely cannot believe that a major bank like PNC DOES NOT have 24 hour customer service!!!!...I went to a pizza store last night and was told a price of $13 only for my debit card to be charged $14.80!!...ALOT of merchants are banking on customers IGNORANCE and charging a fee for debit purchases without telling the customer FIRST!!...This is a growing illegal practice and I woke up this morning and noticed the error but can't talk to someone to report it until 8am when they live "consultants" are available which is INSANE!!!... Someone could potentially clean you out and you wouldn't be able to do anything about it until the customer service opens ...Also this is one of the worst mobile apps banking systems that I have used!!..Why waste my time setting up passwords, biometrics AND preferences for a mobile banking app that asks you to RE-VERIFY yourself AFTER logging in through the mobile app. Then the best thing about the atm process is the denominations of bills it dispenses(even $1 bills) but that's where it stops...you literally have to press 3 or 4 DIFFERENT selections AFTER entering your pin number which is EXTREMELY redundant and you can't even save your personal preferences like to never get a receipt which I never do but find it frustrating clicking that option EVERY time. And I only have ONE account with PNC so why do I always have to press that option as well like I would be drawing from an imaginary account....PNC needs to do MUCH better because I can name 2 banks that's actually verify you through the mobile banking app and they ACTUALLY have REAL people you can talk to for 24 hours a day!!

  This is the worst PNC Bank Branch ever . Worst service. Tellers takes for ever with each client. The rest of employees dont mind you been waiting for 30 mins they just dont care . Employees always talking and laughing between them and dont take care of people. This branch should be closed.

  The girls who work in the front desk are rude and not taking care of customers. My house is near there but I rarely get in that branch. Poor customers service.
