- LSLani Satalof2 days ago1.0I keep forgetting how trashy this location always is. by trashy I mean they lack the most basic of customer service skills, that extends to the most basic of deescalation tactics. These people are the kinds that talk over the customer before they finished, they are condescending, and truly suck at basic customer service/escalation. these people are the bottom of the barrel of the banking world. This is NOT the location bankers work at because they have exceptional customer service skills/ de-escalation skills/ good banking abilities. No. These are the people that cant hold a job without having complaints made about them, from coworkers to customers. Not only did this branch fail at reasonable basic customer service (if you cant handle frustrated people you shouldnt be in banking) but they couldnt even do the task efficiently to the point it was a joke to the other branch I went to that not only handled the issue in minutes but was able to talk to me so I felt my frustration was seen and heard. MY ADVICE ; GO ELSE WHERE.
