I heard two tellers speaking very negatively about the greeter at about 4:30pm today 02/17/2026. The teller who was gossiping the most had brown hair and a Spanish accent. They were speaking right in the waiting area and every customer could clearly hear them insulting the greeter behind his back, who was very kind and helpful by the way. They also harshly criticized him to his face right in front of me and other customers. Completely unprofessional, totally unnecessary and just mean. I felt very uncomfortable interacting with these tellers who treated their coworker so rudely, and I won't be returning. Lady, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Liam, you are doing a great job and you deserve better.

Woah! I went in to this branch today and I had THE best service from Larry Rednick. I went in there with some concerns and he helped me with those and then some other things that hadn’t even occurred to me! Long story short- my faith in humanity is restored thanks to Larry. He is a true asset to this company and he was beyond helpful! Go to this guy for any questions or concerns!

Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. They have multiple cameras mounted on their property facing the sidewalk that you. They need to worry more about the data breach of their customers information

I came here to order foreign currency. It was supposed to be ready 1 day before I left for my trip but it wasn't ready in time. When I came back home, I called to ask them to reverse it. They couldn't do it over the phone so I had to go in person. Well, when they converted it back to US dollars I had lost $70 in the transaction! I followed up twice to try to get that money back and nobody from the branch has gotten back to me.

I advise no one deal with their ATM's if you're looking at a balance. They charged me 1.50 per balance inquiry after I deposited my money into it.
