Someone already made a comment about a strange acting teller here. I know that’s not a reflection of PNC though. Unfortunately she didn’t know that I was also a bank teller and understand FDIC policy very well. Didn’t want to be confrontational so I let her do her thing anyway. I’ll never come back to this location though.

The card reader for their lobby is out of order. No one can access the ATM after hours. They have known about this for months.

Customer service agent when I walked in instantly profiled me!! Wouldn’t let me speak, cut me off and used no manners as soon as I walked in!! Sad because I spoke to her on the phone I guess she was expecting someone more of the mayo complexion or hoping I was Indian like her! Banking while black is difficult sometimes!!! It’s a shame because they have a black banker working there!! But racism is American culture so sad!! Don’t waste your time calling in and scheduling appointments for notary, account servicing , etc their customer service agent will likely misunderstand you or just make something up and have you wasting time and money!!! Then she’ll get frustrated with you!!! Never again will I come here or tell people to come here! I’m thinking about cutting my cards and accounts I can’t believe it!!! I wish I didn’t have them open for so long!!! The banker was professional and apologized, even though the lady at the front desk she be the one apologizing or looking for another job where she would be better at!!!! Crazy So I walk in after scheduling an appointment that morning for a notary I tell her I’m here for a notary appointment I had She says “are you the person I spoke on the phone with?”(weird question because the bank was empty and I walked in at the appointment time requesting the service I schedule an appointment for) so I’m waiting to see the notary And she comes and asks “is the document a PNC document?” I said “no, why? I have PNC accounts though” then she wags her finger in my face and says “Oh that’s not what you told me, you told me you have a PNC document over the phone” I said “no I didn’t, I said I have a credit card document from another bank that needs to be notarized” She’s was trying to me off while I was telling her that Then she says “No you didn’t tell me that and we can’t help you here” I said “well I came to see the notary so I still want to speak with him” Then she rolls her eyes and grunts and throws her hands in the air frustrated with me She says I can’t see him because he’s busy all of a sudden, then she walks to the notary’s office. So I follow her and obviously he can’t be too busy if you’re interrupting him , he should be busy with my appointment if anything. So then I speak to him and he tells me he can’t only be a notary for PNC documents which is weird because the PNC on spring garden is a notary for me all the time. I wonder what kind of relationship that brand has with the notary on the corner they refer you to. Mind you she didn’t even want me to speak with the notary to begin with to get this information. I bet if I looked like Jack Donagy or some random white dude from 30 Rock she would’ve spoken to me with some respect and apologized for the misunderstanding!!!!!!! What she doesn’t know is that I know what I said over the phone because its recorded, from the PNC side and my side, as I produce financial content for social media.

You have to appreciate how many PNC ATM's and locations there are around the city. One of the many reasons I stay with them
