  Had the displeasure of working with Shontell, the Teller Lead Supervisor. Very unhelpful. Terrible to business banking partners. Don’t bother stopping by. PNC is great, but this is the first branch I’ve ever been to where I have actually felt like Service was completely unhelpful and not interested in helping out our relationship at all. Update: The Regional Sales Team reached out regarding my experience and apologized on behalf of PNC. They informed me that the exchange violated one of their core tenants of acceptance and inclusivity and would be internally handling the person in question. The team called to ask for the issues and disrespect I felt had occurred.

  The worst costumer service ever ! I waited for over an hour to get help on my accounts .None of the representatives even came up to us . After waiting for so long the rep was finishing up with a customer to only tell us she was leaving ! We waited for over an hour ! Horrible ! Definitely don’t recommend this branch to anyone . They should change there reps to more professional people !

  Dante Smith was very helpful and friendly, even when I misspelled the name of the company we were making cashiers checks out to and I didn’t notice until after they were made. Nice guy

  People would be struggling during the pandemic and we wouldnt get paid until a certain day. PNC will charge you $90 overdraft fees when you’re behind a couple dollars very inconsiderate and terrible customer service.
