- AOAdam O3 days ago5.0The people working at this location are very customer service conscious. Very pleasant and I would recommend this location to others. There is a small parking lot.
- EKElaine Kreeger3 days ago5.0My husband and I have used PNC bank for years. This is the closet to out house. Don't use it that often use the one near work more. But had a very large challenge in July. The woman was very helpful and took care of everything that needed to get done. When I go in this branch and she is working she always says Hello. It's nice to be remembered.

The main reason i stayed was because of one person Ms. Jenkins once i found out she left i was appalled. They only had one good person left and couldn’t even keep up with that how pitiful.

- LWL WalkerJun 18, 20251.0I got a phone call last week from a senior banker asking me if I wanted to come in to go over the services that pnc has to see if any of it interested me or could benefit me. Usually I say no but I decided to adult that day and made an appointment. Today was that appointment. I arrived on time and was greeted by security, he asked if I was there for a banker I said yes, he said she has someone in her office but she will be with me shortly, the teller checked me in and i sat down. After about 10mins she came out and asked if I was waiting for her..um yes ( no one else is sitting down) She advised that she will be another 15min with whomever she was meeting with and didn't want me to wait if I didn't have a problem with my account? ? Huh. She then asked what I was there for...huh again...YOU CALLED ME... I laughed and said I don't know then she said oh did I call you.....YES... then asked my name. Ma'am did you not take notes when YOU CALLED ME last week? Did you not see my name when I checked in? Like what... I was totally confused. I asked about high yield saving (they don't have that). She mentioned a CD or investment but at this point I was over it. She offered to set up another meeting with a financial guy. No thanks cause i thought thats what im here for now. Mind you all of this talking was in the lobby ( more stuff was said) but i never made it to her office. I'm done. This appointment felt like a complete waste of time. Like why did you call me in the first place, was it a quota you had to make. PNC do better. When YOU set up an appointment KNOW what the person is there for since YOU made the appointment to talk to me.
