THIS REVIEW ISN'T ABOUT THE ACTUAL BRANCH ITSELF... More so about the PNC organization/company!
I don’t appreciate how I made a dispute (months ago) & over $3,000 was taken from my account not approved by me. PNC wasn’t able to resolve or give me my money back. Not only did they take weeks before giving me “provisional credit”(which was 100 something dollars out of 3 grand!) but PNC now made my account overdrawn (-$254.40) after the “investigation” is over with, stating it was a “Reverse provisional credit” because of the merchant I made the dispute against??? Other banks I’ve had in the past (Wells Fargo, BOA, TD) gave me my money back if I had a problem (big or small) with no questions asked, NO hesitations. They also never took more than 2-3 business days resolving the issue either!! It’s almost like my money wasn’t insured or PNC didn’t have enough funds to replace what was taken from me. I asked the agent if I could have the account closed which he then sent me a set of rules/guidelines that’s required in order to have the account closed. I’m NOT paying $254.40 for something I NEVER did, so I guess the account will remain in the negatives. After my money was stolen out of my account I barely used the account anyways because I felt as though PNC is not trustworthy. Everyone I come across & talk to feels the same exact way about this organization, they say how they don’t like PNC & they stopped using them. I never felt so violated in my life before. This is my FIRST & LAST time dealing with PNC. 0 out of 10.. wouldn’t recommend.

The customer service here has gone down. I needed to do an escrow payment which I've done there two times previously. I'm guessing this guy didn't want to learn how to do something new and told me just deposit the money on my account and and then transfer it myself online. If you want people to do transactions online why are you guys in the branch then? Waste of time
