For the last 3 WEEKS I've been trying to get a new card I've been in person requesting one and have called ahead to confirm multiple times just to be told for weeks the machine is not working once I get there I understand it's not the employee's fault but they have now repeatedly told me false information and wasted a lot of time and this has frustrated multiple people coming in. If they put some signage at the door even that would be at least some level of professionalism but no. Just to gauge 2 months ago I was able to get a new card in less than 15 minutes but not anymore.

- ACAl CornellNov 4, 20223.0Just a heads up that this isn’t really a full branch - they don’t have any tellers working here. There are multiple ATMs and staff that can do limited things, but if you need a teller (like I did) you’ll have to go to another branch.

She is transparent with all banking policies, procedures and fees, she listens (and manages to remember from one visit to the next) to client needs, and finally offers options accordingly. Superb!
