THE WORST BRANCH IN PHILADELPHIA. I went here on 2 separate occasions (figured I'd give them another shot) and I was so disappointed both times. The one female teller (very nice young woman) had a line that wrapped around the inside of the branch and NO ONE came to assist. The branch manager (which I found out that was his title on my 2nd visit) didn't seem to know how to manage his time effectively. He just stood in the tiny/cramped lobby area, filling with people, if they needed withdrawal slips. At some point, I thought he would have gone back behind the window to help get the line down. That didn't happen on either visit. When I went a second time the same one female teller was doing her job and the line kept growing and the manager, once again did not feel the need to assist. After I finished my deposit I needed to use the ATM and when I returned back to the lobby, there was another line building and we were told the teller was at lunch. This branch is poorly staffed, has poor service and I will not return a 3rd time. This branch alone makes you want to close your account if that's what you have to deal with EVERY TIME. Although this branch is 2 blocks from me, I shall stick to Lansdowne and 40th & Walnut branches. PACK YOUR PATIENCE if you decide to visit this branch.

Horrible FIRST experience. I go to change two checks I’ve been saving for my daughter’s 15th bday to give her as a gift. I go in to ask if I can speak to a teller at first I was looked at confused like as if I was speaking another language. The teller is on a monitor out in the front entrance area which the SECURITY GUARD was nice enough to show and help me. He is very sweet as well as the teller I spoke too. She was so very kind and informative of all the programs they have etc. security guard also very polite and friendly. But the actual other workers walk around like you’re invisible or something. My issue was two workers were there yesterday morning, female and male. Both assisting customers. Female gets done w hers so she ask me what I need help with, tells me give me a minute, goes to ask the male if he can help me when he’s done bcuz she goes to break I believe, he tells her YES! Mind you so I’m waiting for nearly a HALF HOUR when he FINALLY gets done he’s about ready to take me then tells me to hold on to check the time and tells me he has to leave at 12 IT WAS 12 WHEN HE GOT DONE! Smh then proceeds to tell me to COME AFTER 1pm when I was made to wait for NO REASON. Already a bad start to my day and daughter’s birthday! I found that to be very INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Should be more on top of things rather then wasting customers times. I said u had me wait a half hour for no reason, his response was “ Well I can’t rush the process” meaning the other customer. Which of course not but you should have been more aware of the time rather then telling the lady you were able to take me to then have me waste my time and told me to go DO IT ONLINE! So NO after waiting I WAS NOT ABLE TO BE SEEN & I needed to open an account with them in order for my checks to be changed! Sad because I was excited for this branch to open since it’s so close to home but NEVER WILL BE GOING BACK! And a BIG SHOUT OUT TO FIRST TRUST BANK! Helped me out very quickly and made the process very SIMPLE for me! Will definitely open a bank account with them instead! I would give the teller I first spoke to a 5 star she was so professional and very sweet as well as security. So Thank you to you both. 🩶🩶

Wow , they are really there. Expect quick service, not super fast but extremely efficient and surprisingly very safe. Outside makes me nervous but Ndeiiva Zorokong the banker has been a very pleasant experience. Business as usual but the thing that made him special is you feel like everything is done correct. When I left I felt great. I accomplished what I needed. I hope he is there when I need housing advice.

Since they opened its just been terrible. Day 1 super small branch, "managers" standing around talking while there is some teller who is clearly new and has to call for constant help and assistance. Came today security guard (male) and what appears to be the manager (male) standing outside talking, I walk inside and there is no teller, had togo back outside to ask them to get someone. She finally comes out and manager is telling her to watch the camera (assuming for when people come in) ummm just be at the desk. Won't be returning this location is closer to work but I'll drive the extra 10 min to the other branch over coming here.
