I asked for Someone to look at a business account and the poor girl as the receptionist that I asked for help went to three people, and they all sent her away went to the next one to the next to the next and came back with a customer service number for me to call. How pathetic that not one of them Would take a minute to talk to me to see what I needed .No wonder the branches are all closing with this bank. If I could take the account out, I would.

I needed a document for a new purchase I made and they went above and beyond to help me out! Nicole, you should be an anxiety companion! This is a stressful situation for me and you really made me feel at ease today. Thank you for the additional effort to get the document I needed! Mahir, thank you for the document you found and also for the email, saving me a trip in my busy schedule. Everything you two helped with worked out in the end! Exactly what I needed! Escalated my issue four times and never heard back from them. Bottom line, you are not a valued customers, you just a number.
