I have never encountered a worse ATM experience. The machine is frequently out of service, or malfunctions, and processing a transaction often takes over five minutes—sometimes even 10 to 15 minutes when there are other cars waiting. I am seriously considering transferring my accounts to Peoples Security right across the road because I am tired of being hit with a $3 ATM fee due to my bank's unreliable service. Enough is enough!
