- SWSusan WagnerDec 9, 20255.0I have been banking at the PNC Branch in Paoli for several years and thought it is about time I leave a review. I bank there because of their fantastic customer service. No matter what I need to do (one time it was stopping payment on a check, and I was very nervous), they are there to help me. The manager, the tellers - every one is professional, knowledgeable, and always has my best interests at heart.

- BBBill BreeseAug 5, 20231.0Went to cash a check that I receive monthly and have cashed for the last 3 yrs. And these non bankers tell me they can't cash it because it's a online payment. Had to drive 8 miles to another PNC and had it cashed within minutes. Employees obviously are not trained at this PNC. And maybe should not be so argumentative with their customers. Horrible bank, go to another PNC where they treat you well.
