I'd give ZERO stars if I could & the branch bank in Carbondale is JUST AS BAD if not worse if that's even possible! Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. They need to retrain their tellers as they make promises to loyal customers that they cannot fulfill. Management doesn't care & is just as rude. Seriously, go to literally any other bank in the area. I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau as this is ridiculous.

Where they will actually give me something for holding my money, (currently 4%). Every step of the way were ridiculous demands, like doing 15 transfers over 15 days at $0.50 a pop. Telling me there's no way I can transfer using a personal check, so I would need to get a $10 cashier's check. Just trying to make it hard as possible and inconvenient as possible for me to transfer money out. Get real. All while incredibly rude and incompetent.
