She has consistently provided me with excellent customer service and her helpful attitude when helping me with my banking needs. Ashley always has a smile on and greats you by name and makes you feel like family and not just another customer. She is one of the biggest reasons I would never go back to any commercial bank for my banking needs.

On that, when you try to explain that to them they don’t really give you any option but “we’re open Saturday!” So when you need to deposit money for an upcoming bill and then you can’t because for whatever reason they open at 9 instead of 8 and close at 4, you get a service charge and after explaining it to them they basically just tell you they only excuse one a year and make it your problem. Leaving this bank, l’d urge others to do the same. It should be about the customer. Not their convenience.

The process was so easy and amazing that my wife and I ended up moving everything we have financed to their bank and opened business accounts as well. Joe and Alexis are absolutely amazing to work with and I always try to deal with a smaller company whenever possible. 1 year later! I continue to work with Citymark and have had a number of personal and business dealings with them. Stellar customer service!!! there's no place better!
