  I walked into this branch because I needed help with my account and a woman was talking to the man that sits at the front counter and so I stood in line to wait my turn and a woman from one of the offices started walking towards me and asked if I needed help and I said yes and she proceeded to tell me to come with her to her office. As I started to walk towards her office, the man at the desk went over to the lady that wanted to help me and told her that there was a customer in front of me which the woman did not realize because she must have seen the man corresponding with the other customer. So, the other customer went with the lady and so the man said he would be right with me and out comes a beautiful woman by the name of Dani who heard the commotion and said she would be able to assist me so I walked with her to her office. Which was very much appreciated because I was in a hurry and wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. Dani was able to address my banking needs quickly and efficiently and she was so sweet and lovely to talk to. I wanted to write this review to give Dani kudos for a job well done. She told me she has been at this branch for only a couple of months and she loves it and I can tell. She was so fantastic and it has been a very long time that I have come across such great customer service. Definitely ask for Dani if you come to this branch for banking services. She will not disappoint. She is amazing. :)

  Had lost my debit card, called in to get it replaced. I asked if I can come in 5 days later in person since I live in Philly and the mail would take longer. She dissuaded me by saying why would I come in if it would reach me by the time I came home. It didnt. Called the weekend after with nothing in my mail that was supposed to be here by Friday according to the person over the phone. Same person, different story. Tells me I cant track it, cant garentee a delivery date. Dishonest to tell people wrong information and then to tell them a different information when they were wrong. Not sure if they just didnt want customers in their branch? Dishonest, disrespectful and had to incur a 100$ late fee because of lack of professionalism and honesty in the work place. Should not have to be lied to when I couldve had my card and be in good standing with my landlord. Thanks PNC montgomery branch

  I used the ATM to deposit some checks and I wanted to receipt from the ATM instead I got directions on a printed piece of paper to use the app to get a receipt
