- FBFrank BattagliniDec 15, 20251.0Drive thru is slow and I’ve waited at the station for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged several times. Some tellers handle both lines at once and return the tube to both lines at the same time. You can figure that returning to the first customer when they are done would speed the process instead of holding it until the second is done. Just a terrible pace regarding efficiency.

I was happy to see how friendly everyone was and how efficient they were. They even held the door open for my mother. Looks like they are making improvements and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
