Despite being a PNC customer, I was told they wouldn’t provide notary services unless my mortgage was with them. I was disappointed by this lack of support. I ended up going to a competing bank that was happy to help—no strings attached. Safe to say, I’ll be moving my business elsewhere.

I went in for a Cashier's Check yesterday and it took 35 minutes from the time I started speaking with someone about my request. Everything is tied up in big corporate bureaucratic processes. It's like pulling teeth for 'simple' transactions. Plus they nickel and dime you for everything. I have been shifting my accounts away from PNC for some time and will continue to do so
