If you need to speak to a human on the phone, good luck. The branch manager James Mang****** was extremely un professional, and lied/embellished about what could be done over their clerical mistakes and should not be trusted to offer a resolution to pnc's repeated clerical blunders. GO ANYWHERE ELSE... Check all of the 1 star reviews and ask yourself, "can I trust them to help when THEY make a mistake", the answer is an obvious NO.
