  The teller told me checks were free, so I ordered some checks. However, the checks cost around $30 which brought me to a negative balance in my account. Then, on top of that I was charged another $30 overdraft fee. When I asked the teller to refined the overdraft fee because she told me to check for free, she lied to my face and told me she never said that.

  I used to have accounts with them, but haven’t in a couple years but I’ll never go back after today. I was parked in a parking spot which did not say bank parking only or employee parking. I have a woman who claimed to be the manager rudely insist that I move. I say claim to be because I can’t believe a banking institution would put someone that rude in charge. She was calling the police because I was parked there. All I said is I’d be gone in two minutes. She only told me she was the manager after the incident. What if I was still a customer of the bank? This bank has five parking spaces up front total and 2 are handicap. She even tried to point to a no parking sign on the street that was for the street. This means if you were a customer and the three parking spaces up front were unavailable and you’re not handicap you have to park in the back! There was enough space to park behind me but for some reason she wanted to pull up to my window and let her entitlement show. There is virtually no street parking either due to a dialysis clinic on the other side.

  Every time I visit first national bank in New Kensington pa. They always make you feel welcome. All the cashier's are nice and friendly ready to help.
