- EMExcess In ModerationMar 20, 20261.0If you heavily rely on using debit card for purchases and/or ATM transactions, this is the wrong bank for you (Obtaining a new debit card from FNB is more difficult than obtaining a mortgage from other major banks.) Requested replacement debit card FOUR times (Only temporary replacement debit cards available at branch locations) but received ZERO... 3 times no record in customer service system of ordered card, and 1 time was informed the card was mailed to previous address that was updated at the bank 3 years ago.
