I come here every week for one simple task, and that is to deposit a check tell me why it takes 15 to 20 minutes at times to get a teller to even acknowledge your presence. I’ve been at this bank for probably 10 years and I’ve had nothing but issues. I don’t even know why I still use them.. it would be way more convenient for me to go out of my way to use the other location. They seem to get it.
