  Every time I stop at this bank, it takes 20 minutes to get service and then it is subpar. The younger tellers are more polite and the older women are condescending and fake. I’d rather go out of my way to go to the New Kensington branch or any other branch and get great service, quicker.

  Absolutely awful bank to conduct business with. Opened 5 business accounts with them after an hour long meeting full of promises that were never fulfilled. Bank manager who opened accounts filled us with promises then went radio silent after accounts were open. Found out 2 weeks later that the branch manager who was supposed to be assisting with our transition to a new bank quit suddenly after 22 years with the bank. Never received notice of any kind and were left high and dry. Called around and spoke to four different people within the bank and were told by each one to call a different number. After weeks of seeking communication and assistance and experiencing chaos and hardships we were left out to dry. I would not recommend this bank for anyone especially business purposes. They are to big and only care about their bottom line and do not care to treat customers as people just numbers to them.

  The most professional and courteous staff I've ever met! The folks at THIS branch are AWESOME!! Always smiling no matter what! Thank you folks for all you do!
