- PSp stagsDec 28, 20181.0Not a customer but my mother is...went to deposit 2000 for christmas but forgot my cell phone where i had her account number stored. Asked to use the phone there to call her to get the account info but they wouldnt let me and made me do a 30 minute round trip to get my phone. All i wanted to do was make a phone call ...i would let a stranger on the street use mine but not pnc natrona heights, guess ill never be a customer, if you decide to dont ask them for a simple favor they will be rude and send you off i to the rain rather than let you make a 3 cent 1 minute phone call
