- DWDavid Weinman6 days ago1.0No cashiers checks?!?! I go in at 10am on a Tuesday to get a cashiers check to buy a car. There is ONE TELLER and the line is out the door. There are 3 bankers who are aimlessly walking around trying to keep the agitated line calm. I wait 20 mins for my turn to see the teller. “Oh, unfortunately we don’t have any cashiers checks”. How is this possible??? I ask to speak to the manager “there is no manager on site at this location”. Well, that is explains everything! TLDR: poorly run, poorly staffed, blind leading the blind outfit. Will never return.

Now I have to have 2 forms of ID which is crazy just to put in money in my account. I don’t know why they have to make it so hard to get my money. I know it was above them to change all those things but PNC needs to get their life together if they want my business still. Past post before they made everything worse: I always have the best experience at this location!! My day always get better whenever Shannon is working. She always has the best nails and attitude! All the people there are amazing and work so hard and are so sweet!!
