She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me resolve an issue with my debit card that wasn’t working at the ATM. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of!

- CNCourtney NolandJun 17, 20251.0I just passed through to withdraw for a passport renewal. I decided to go to the drive-thru as I barely use this option. Once greeted I asked for a money order. I was told I could receive a cashier's check and there maybe a fee depending on the type of account I have. I sent in my what I thought was my pnc credit card(It was actually my capital one card as this card and my pnc cash unlimited card are similar). I sat for at least 6 mins before I was told I sent in the wrong card. I then submit my pnc debit card. Shortly after sitting for about 6 more mins, I was told there would be a $10 fee for the cashier's check. In which i information the teller ahead of time, If there was a fee, I would like to just withdraw from my account. She then told me I could use the atm to do so, which is outrageous because the tellers are there to do the same self-service acts as going to the atm. I was also told I had to be verified because I have two different addresses(one being out of state) with a PNC card. May people have multiple addresses in life and this could have been stated instead of having me wait as if my time is not important just as much as the rest of the customers in line. I heard the teller wait on multiple cars before these long awaited updates. I will never return to this location as this experience was an eye opener to being pre-judged for absolutely no reason. I have been a pnc customer for almost 10 years. I am more than qualified to have as many addresses or accounts as I shall please. Just because you may not fit the bill, Does not give you the right to assume anything about another person.
