  Never enough tellers and it is always a long wait. It is so frustrating when people greet you and welcome you. Put them at the windows to wait on people.

  I was in for a payment on my credit card and I heard a customer complaining about two tellers, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Rachel and Patty for being so pleasant despite the long line. Customer service is a tough job. Way to.go ladies

  I am very disappointed with the quality of my entire banking experience at this branch. And not just one time—regularly! This bank has consistently given me a hard time about taking MY MONEY out of the bank as if it is theirs. They don’t allow you to withdraw money from the drive thru unless you have a check, you have to go in. When I go in, I’m questioned about why I want to take out such and such amount of money. Today I spent 20 minutes in front of a teller with my two kids while the teller and branch manager tried to “figure out” why I transferred money from my Spend Account to the Reserve Account, and then back to the Spend Account once I was ready to pull it out, which is exactly what Virtual Wallet is for. You have a Spend, Reserve, and Growth Account to set goals and separate your money. The branch manager advised that their system is “broke” and they are unable to see the transfers which is why they had to “figure it out”. Just ridiculous and inconvenient. I won’t be using this branch again unless I absolutely have to. I opened up an account at S&T Bank and it's been hassle free, pleasant, quick, and convenient.
