  Horrible bank! We've used this bank for almost 10 years and the amount of hoops they require us to jump through for simple, basic transactions is absolutely beyond absurd. Also, their online banking website is very temperamental and glitchy. And if you need to contact customer service or tech support via a phone call, better be prepared to block off a lot of time, as it will be an all day ordeal. Ridiculous place to try and do business with. AVOID.

  Our family has a been a long time customer of PNC and recently had the same interrogation questions when trying to make a deposit. It's like PNC doesn't want to deal with customers face to face or even in the Drive-Through. Let's ask them so many questions they stop doing their banking in person. Lots of banks in Mountain Top would welcome our business with open arms and maybe even some rewards for changing banks!!

  I have no idea if this is company wise or if it's just this branch, but they do not have the amount of tellers they need to service their customers following, what I was told, are their new policies. Every time I've gone into this branch over the last several months it's gotten slower and slower, it shouldn't take the better part of an hour to do simple banking, which not so that long ago was, on average, about 5 minutes. Terrible and unacceptable.

  My husband had to make a cash deposit today. Only 1 teller on a Friday. Waiting 25 minutes in line. Despite having the deposit slip with the account number on it, was pretty much interrogated for 5 minutes with questions about the account. Not to take money out, but to put money in! What should have been a quick in and out trip took over 30 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable to treat customers like this. There are more than enough banks in Mountain Top and we'll be looking to move.

  Deb Piatt, the branch manager, helped me through a stressful legal matter, with absolute professionalism and knowledge, and was so extremely nice, that it took alot of the stress right out of the matter......she was just great!!! thanks so much Deb!!
