- TTTamirMar 20, 20261.0I’ve been patient with this location for over a year but today did it for me. I go this morning thru the drive thru. 5 minutes I sit there and I decide to push the call button. I’m then greeted by the teller telling me to give her 1 second because she’s the only one there and she’s helping other customers inside. 10 minutes later, she comes back. I send her cash to get larger bills back and a bank with drawl slip to with draw money. She comes back and tells me that the cash I gave her is not the right amount that I stated. I get the cash back and it’s exactly what I gave her from the start. She apologises and states that their machine must of counted wrong. Now the manager comes on and asks me what’s the issue. At this point, I have kids in the car and I’m ready to go. I give her a brief run down of the issue. They made it seem like my issue was the first time they were aware of it. Always count your money before giving it to the teller or the atm. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve been short changed. I’m always going there and ATM’s are down, 1 person running the desk and the drive thru. Never again!
