- UFUr FrederickFeb 6, 20241.0I've been using this bank a few times each month for about a year, and I'm definitely done now. Twice their ATM machines didn't give my card back. Called to see if I could come by and grab my card back, they tell me they shredded it, and I gotta get a new card. And on several occasions, depositing money it would spit the money back out, and bills would be folded and / or torn apart. I've had to get out of the car and retrieve money off the ground because it would shoot the money into air. Dear PNC. Get some new machines and some friendly staff members. This is completely unacceptable

Apparently they open the night drop vault at 8am, and can't get my deposit to post before 5pm. These are rudest, least professional, least informed people I have ever had to interact with. They do not care about the image of their bank, the ladies are happy turn away prospective business.
