- KFKaylee FarinoAug 13, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would, I’ve been a PNC customer for over 10 years, have had repeated issues, and every time I come into this branch for a resolution they act so bothered when they actually have to do their job when figuring out an issue. Most of the time the issue doesn’t even get fixed. Example right now, I am currently sitting in the lobby, and I came in here 4 hours ago because of an “error code” on the banks end that is keeping $309 of my money from being accessed. I am missing over $300 and they just want to act like they don’t know and there’s nothing they can do because they are waiting on someone to call them back. YOU WORK FOR THE BANK FIGURE IT OUT.

Called to see if I could come by and grab my card back, they tell me they shredded it, and I gotta get a new card. And on several occasions, depositing money it would spit the money back out, and bills would be folded and / or torn apart. I've had to get out of the car and retrieve money off the ground because it would shoot the money into air. Dear PNC. Get some new machines and some friendly staff members. This is completely unacceptable
