She immediately asked me how i wanted my cash back. Again i said $20s please. She said ok and then came back 15 minutes later and asked me what I wanted. Unbelievable somethings wrong with these people

It was disbursed on the 2nd day of the month, and pnc told me they rejected the funds, so it should go back to the school. Everyday since then I've been calling my school and pnc to see where my money is, and come to find out pnc kept my money, took a portion out of it, and sent me a check in the mail with what was left over 17 days after they told me they never accepted it. Now I'm late on my rent, I won't receive my full amount, and pnc lied to me. I will NEVER come back to pnc again.
