  John was amazing! I had a lot happening with my account and was feeling very defeated. He was very patient with everything that was happening with my account and made me feel assured and was assisting with the process as quick as he could.   I can't speak to how it is to bank here over a long period as I only just started banking here but two recent experiences drive this review: 1. We were interested in some lending products and Maria the branch manager (who also happens to be a loan originator) was able to help us with the correct product at a great rate. Members 1st lost business on that transaction; their lending products are not as competitive as they once were. The process to get the loan could not have been easier and Maria could not have been nicer. It seems like some of the older reviews are pre-Maria and the reviews seem to turn around about two years ago (September 2024) so it seems likely she is responsible for turning this branch around. 2. I went in seeking a cashier's check which carries a fee if you have it issued to someone other than yourself (I think fees for these things are lame, but every bank does it). Once I explained to the banker what I wanted to do, he found another way to do what I wanted without incurring a fee. He could have just told me to deal with it, but he went out of his way to figure out something to avoid a fee, so I am appreciative (looking at you Wells Fargo, who has a fee for pretty much everything).

  I highly recommend this bank and branch for personal and business banking. The branch manager, Maria, is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Maria is a true professional who is excellent to work with and she is very proactive to ensure all the details of each transaction is correct. I also found FNB to be super competitive on its offerings and service when comparing to other local financial institutions.

  I love the personal small town feel of this bank. Walking in or going thru the drive thru and they know you by name and remember things about your life and ask you about them. Yes things were a little chaotic when they were short staffed but that was everywhere. But you know what even though they had one person running the WHOLE bank you would of never know it because MARIA always greeted you with a smile on her face and never rushed you or pushed to move fast. I was thrilled when I saw her at this bank! I met her at the Carlisle branch years ago when I was doing a refinance on my home. I had been with PNC bank since 2000 and did not want to change. But when she saved me after they messed up my refinance she was so sweet & felt like family I started to move all my banking over to FNB because of her. I know I can trust her when I ask her a question and to me that means a lot. Now she is over by my work which is even better and has helped me thru some stressful situations so I am one happy customer and would recommend anyone to FNB on Simpson Ferry Rd. Kimmey was awesome as well and helped me when I need proof that I paid a bill when a company said that I didn't. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
