Never heard of a bank that can't cash a check that is drawn off them... what a joke... I would never want to open a account there with that kind of policy

I had a great experience with Wijdane El Habchi at First National Bank. She is professional, helpful, and takes time to understand her clients’ needs. She explained everything in a clear and simple way and answered all my questions patiently. The whole process was easy and stress-free. She was always responsive and paid attention to details. I highly recommend Wijdane for reliable and trustworthy banking support

Every visit feels like a test of patience — the wait is always long, and employees rarely even make eye contact or acknowledge customers in a timely manner. On top of that, they’ve repeatedly mishandled my mortgage and escrow accounts, miscalculating payment and school tax amounts multiple times, which has even led to late fees due to their errors. Their online banking system is outdated and clunky — it honestly feels like something out of the 1800s. To make matters worse, I once waited over 20 minutes just to access my security deposit box, only for them to spend another half hour searching for my card folder because their record-keeping system is completely disorganized. For a bank that advertises customer care and reliability, my experience has been anything but. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your banking needs.

Going to close my account today. Horrible experience with this bank. Opened a business account in mid April. Everything seemed fine. I made an initial deposit of $50 since it was the minimum. I was told I should receive my debit card in 2 weeks. I received a book of checks in the mail and the binder. (which I didn't ask for, and wasn't asked about when opening the account, but whatever) Again everything seems fine. A couple of weeks later I go to the branch to make a $250 deposit and to kindly let them know my debit card hasn't arrived. When I try to confirm my balance, which I assumed should be $300 (obviously because $50 + $250 = $300) I was told no, my balance was actually $70. Apparently they charged my $160 for the checks after opening the account, which over drafted my initial deposit and then charged $70 for an overdraft fee. At the time they were very nice and waived both of those fees since I never asked for the checks and was never told about they extremely high fee. Now its the middle of May and my debit card still hasn't arrived. I call customer service and according to their records, a debit card was NEVER ORDERED. So I ask them to please expedite one to me and the nice man on the phone says they will. I called back they next day, just to follow up and now customer service tells me that they cant actually order a debit card through them and I have to visit the branch in person. So I am going to visit the branch, but its going to be so I can close my account. Terrible terrible experience, avoid this bank at all costs.

Since they became FNB, they are all around terrible. Good luck getting anything, i. e. answers to simple questions, explanations of fees. Most ATM's are out of money when I pull up to them around six PM.
