- JSJon StaudtDec 9, 20251.0When I call the voice banking number to check my balance it says 'your access to voice banking is currently locked'. I have talked to several customer service associates and my access to the voice banking feature is still locked. I have been using the voice banking feature for years. I enter the correct identification number and the correct pin number every time. Not having access to the voice banking feature is a major inconvenience for me. Why would I message a bank on Facebook or X? That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard from a financial institution.

No late payments , no overdrafts , no reason. Poor customer service! Update..Just got my mail today and my account is being closed too! As of today no debit card! I was at bank yesterday to ask them if mine was closing too and she said no!!

I myself have walked in here and called while standing near the desk just to see if anyone can pick up. The dial is so low that I can’t even hear while standing directly next to the phone. I’m told they don’t answer when a customer is in front of the desk. Total lie. Like I said I’ve called while in the bank. They don’t have even close to enough business to disregard the phone line. Again, this bank is complete trash if you aren’t present face to face with the teller.
