We were 10 minutes early. At 11:30 I asked why we were still waiting and they said they didn’t have our name. Did you check in? Yes we checked in. Then they sent us away without even helping us. All those people there and not one person could assist us? What kind of customer service is that. You may just have lost my business. The only reason there is a star is because I couldn’t finish the post if I didn’t pick one.

- LLLisaMay 5, 20181.0Just spoke to a consultant at the McMurray branch I was charged $33 because I closed an account out they never told me my account will be charged and now they refused to refund me my $33 now my account is in the red thanks PNC I'll be closing on Monday. This is the first time since 2015 that I've ever had a problem with PNC my local branch in Canonsburg has recently closed. Now that I live in Houston PA I'll be going to a local bank there. Peters Township is nothing but a bunch of sadiddy folk anyway. 🖕
